Payment options

YARZO takes payment in two ways: cash when the rider arrives, or a bank transfer you confirm with a receipt. Nothing else can be selected at checkout.

How you can pay

Both options are live at checkout. Choose one when you place the order.

Cash on delivery

Pay the rider when your parcel arrives. You can check out as a guest.

Available

Choose cash on delivery at checkout.
We may confirm the order by phone or WhatsApp before it is dispatched.
Pay the rider the amount shown on your order when it arrives.

Bank transfer

Pay from your banking app, then upload the receipt. Sign-in is required so the receipt stays with your order.

Available

Sign in and choose bank transfer at checkout. The account details are shown there.
Send the exact order amount from your banking app or at a branch.
Upload a receipt screenshot (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB) with the name and number of the account you paid from.
We start preparing the order once we have checked the receipt against our account.

We never ask for a PIN

Do not send your PIN, one-time password or card number. A bank-transfer receipt is the only payment image we need.
